Handles do not show on the Conservatory outside, but do on the inside?
This is a problem that sometimes manifests when a video chipset within the users system does not support some of the advanced calls within the Open GL system on our software.
This is usually resolved by turning hardware acceleration off within the software.
Follow these steps:
Follow these steps:
- 1. Launch ComfortableConservatories
- 2. On the first screen press the 'Setup' button. The button is situated along the bottom-left of the screen and features half a cog with a man stood next to it.
- 3. In the dialogue that appears, you will see an Open GL area and within it is a Hardware Acceleration checkbox. Un-tick this box.
- 4. Press the 'OK' button and try again. It should now be resolved.
