Dongle Error code 025 is displayed when the expiry date on the dongle has been exceeded (product expired).

Cause:

All ComfortableSoftware products are posted to customers and where applicable the dongle can be part of the package.

Any dongle sent from ComfortableSoftware is automatically pre-programmed to expire within 30 days to cover any loss in the post.

 
Resoultion:

Please call the ComfortableSoftware support line to have your dongle license permanently activated.
