When i try to start up my software it keeps saying "failed to start customer engine why is this?

This is usually associated with a file mis-match within the file structure of the software.

Please use the in-built automatic update feature of the software to update your system to the latest build for your version.

This is found at this location in your start menu:
\Start Menu\All Programs\\ComfortableConservatories\Check For Updates
