ID #1003

I get to the panels screen and my 3D conservatory does not display?

This is often due to a customers integrated onboard video, plugin video adapter or the OpenGL video drivers (or lack of them) installed on their computer.

Soultion:

Any of the following can help with this issue. Please try them in the order listed until your software functions correctly.

  1. Start by disabling advanced OpenGL calls from ComfortableConservatories. On the first screen you see when opening the software (the one with 'New Quote', 'Edit Quote' and 'Edit Order', you will see the 'System Set up' button at the bottom of the screen System
  2. Left-click on the 'System Set up' button and you will see the 'Setup' dialogue.
  3. Within the 'Setup' dialogue you will see an area titled 'Open GL' and within this area you will see a 'Hardware Acceleration' checkbox that will be ticked. Un-tick this checkbox.
  4. Press the 'OK' button on the 'Setup' dialogue and proceed to add a conservatory as before. More often than not this will resolve this type of issue.

If the above does not resolve your issue, you may need to update your video drivers for your computer. You will need to contact your hardware vendor for more information on the hardware within your computer and where to obtain the correct drivers for it.
