Intermittently we get the following error message conseratory eaccess violation if we do not see it in time and click OK and try to do anything else it locks up the software the fault seems related to OUTLOOK.EXE as it has been seen in the Error Log to precede the fault with outlook 2003 open at the same time as your software we get an error message more consitently but would note that we run OUTLOOK all day long so the fault being in the log within a fraction of second is suspicious

Our software packages run from self-contained environments and have no relation to Outlook at all.

We use many versions of Outlook form 2000 up to 2007 in our office alongside our products daily with no issue and have no reported issues to date by customers either.

May I suggest you have a thorough look at your system if you have not already done so.

The 'EAccess Violation error' is a harmless message displayed within our conservatory software. It is caused when different parts of the software try and access the same data behind the scenes. Simply pressing the 'OK' button will clear the message and allow you to continue.

If you lose the message simple press your 'Alt TAB' keys on your keyboard to bring it back in to view.
