Error 'The System does not support fullscreen mode' on Windows Vista?
If you try to run Digital Conservatories on Windows Vista you will eventually see the following message:
"Digital Conservatories v*. This system does not support fullscreen mode. Chose 'Close' to terminate the application."
This is because all versions of Digital Conservatories, Caliburn Conservatories and Picture IT were designed to run on Windows 9x and NT systems only.
Digital Conservatories is written in DOS which is not thoroughly supported by new operating systems and therefore will not function correctly on Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista.
ComfortableSoftware built a new conservatory software package from the ground up to cater for Windows XP. The latest version has been coded to also support the latest Windows Vista operating system in both 32bit & 64bit variations.
