ComfortableConservatories comes with an example "Sunshine Windows" company setup as default. This is to show you what type of information can be displayed and where it is output on reports.

The information below tells you how to adjust the pre-filled information and logo to suit your company.

For your Company logo which will be shown on many reports:

1. Start by creating your logo as a digital image for your computer within your favourite paint / drawing software. The ideal dimensions for this logo should be 1232 pixels wide by 361 pixels high for best results. You can add a logo with different dimensions if you like and the software will scale it in to the reports that show it. Alternatively ask the company responsible for your logo to supply you with a copy at these (or similar) dimensions.
2. Save the logo as a JPeg* image (.jpg) with name of RLOGO.JPG ** (It is very important the image MUST be called Rlogo and it MUST be a jpeg)
3. Copy your new logo to this location on your computers hard disk and when asked if it's OK to overwrite the existing file you must say yes:
   C:\Comfortable\Conservatories\DATA\cons\reports

Providing you followed the above correctly the default system logo shown on reports will be replaced with that of your company.
* Most paint packages will save to the JPeg (.jpg) file format.
** If you have file extensions hidden for known file types on your computer you do not need to type .JPG on the end of the name. A common problem is where a user renames the file to what effectively is rlogo.jpg.jpg , when it should be rlogo.jpg.

ComfortableSoftware offer a service to make your existing logo's compatible with ComfortableConservatories should you have a problem. This involves you sending either a digital version or a high quality letterhead for us to scan and adjust. The service costs £50 (ex vat & P&P) per logo. You will then be sent an automatic installation for your logo when complete.

For your text-based company information which is shown on many reports:

1. On the ComfortableConservatories entry screen (the one with 'New', 'Edit Quote' & 'Edit Order'), left click on the setup icon and you will see the 'Setup' dialogue.
2. Within the 'Setup' dialogue you will see an area titled 'Company Information' and within this area you will see user editable address fields that will currently show our default 'ACME Sunshine Windows' company. Simply edit the details to suit your requirements.
3. After you have changed the information to suit your company, left-click on the OK button.

Providing you followed the above correctly the default text-based company information shown on reports will be replaced with that of your company.
