Emailing conservatory reports to customers is done on the "Report Preview" screen, via the Email "send to.." button.

WHen pressing this button it will take the report you have on screen and it will convert it to a .pdf file and then automatically attach that file to an email, ready for you to add body text, subject line and customer address to the email.

 Note you must have your default email system set up correctly for this as the software will load it in to your default email system.

Alternatively you can save  the on-screen report as a .pdf file using the "Save as.." button on the same screen and the attach it toan email yourself. This is especially useful if you use web based email systems only.
