I get dongle "error code 20" when I try and run my software?
The most common cause of the error code 20 is when a customer has more than one ComfortableSoftware dongle and the incorrect one is inserted for the program being used. Please check you have the correct Dongle inserted.
If you get this message within the first 30 day period of using your software, please check that it is the correct dongle and if it is, please call or email our support department.
