• Intermittently we get the following error message conseratory eaccess violation if we do not see it in time and click OK and try to do anything else it locks up the software the fault seems related to OUTLOOK.EXE as it has been seen in the Error Log to precede the fault with outlook 2003 open at the same time as your software we get an error message more consitently but would note that we run OUTLOOK all day long so the fault being in the log within a fraction of second is suspicious
