- After adding a new casement style in Style Admin and then trying to add the new casement to a quote, the following error keeps appearing: Assertion failed: ((unsigned_far*)vftAddr)[-1]==0,filexx.cpp,line 3641. Also, the new casement does not appear on the styles page in Comfortable Style. Please advise.
Please use the software's in-built software update to make sure you have the latest build for your version and then try adding the same style ... - After clicking the next button from the rafters screen, I find I cannot re-access it to make alterations to the rafter spacing or make cut-outs. I have selected Rafters from the Conservatory Menu, but a blank page is displayed. Does this mean I have to start again from scratch?!!!
This works fine in ComfortableConservatories v4. It should take you back to the rafters screen as expected. This could be a graphic driver issue. Try turning ...
