Why is it saying failed to get license when attempting to trial the product?

Due to updates on our software and licensing servers at the weekend, you will need to run the software update from within your start menu and then launch the software.

This is found in the following location:

For ComfortableConservatories:
Start/All Programs/ for Updates

For ComfortableStyle use this link:
Start/All Programs/ for Updates

The ComfortableSoftware "Update" application will load and you simply need to press the "Check for Updates" button on it for the software to update. Once updated the software trial should run.

Note: If you are using Windows® Vista or Windows® 7 you may need to press your "right-mouse-button" on either link above and select "run as administrator" when running the update.
